From Humble Beginnings
Our Thames Story
Before opening Ativa Jewellery's boutique in Thames, Logan spent several years showcasing his handmade jewellery at the Thames Market. Those early market days helped build lasting relationships within the local community and laid the foundations for what would become Ativa Jewellery. In 2011, that journey led to the opening of the brand's first boutique in the heart of Thames.
Although Logan's jewellery-making journey began in Whitianga while on holiday with his family, it was in Thames that Ativa Jewellery truly took shape, growing from a passion for handcrafted jewellery into a New Zealand jewellery brand recognised for timeless, meaningful designs. Over the years, Logan's craftsmanship has continued to evolve, while the care, creativity and attention to detail behind every piece have remained unchanged.
Today, Ativa continues to design and handcraft timeless jewellery from our private studio and workshop near Thames, proudly serving customers throughout the Coromandel Peninsula, the Hauraki region and across New Zealand.
